Arrival and departure
Check-in on arrival day: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out on departure day: by 10:30 a.m.
On arrival day, rooms can only be held until 6:00 p.m. – if you arrive late, please call us. Special room requests can be taken into account, but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation
Free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
For cancellations within the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the travel price.
To protect yourself against cancellation fees, we recommend taking out holiday insurance.
